Release agent and lubricant | Black Lube N <Aerosol>

Instead of the previously used chlorine-based organic solvents, petroleum-based organic solvents are used. It forms a fast-drying, uniform conductive black lubricating film.

"Black Lub N" is a product that combines ultra-fine particles of "graphite" with excellent lubricating properties, which has a layered crystal structure, using a special binder. When sprayed or applied, it dries in a few minutes, forming a thin black lubricating film. With a heat resistance temperature of 500°C, it is ideal for release agents and lubricants under high temperatures. ■ Main Features - Heat resistance temperature of 500°C - Drying time is about 5 minutes, and it is completely dry in 2 to 3 hours. - The thickness of the film is about 10 microns and adheres uniformly. - Thermal conductivity is comparable to or exceeds that of metals. - It has a small thermal expansion coefficient and strong resistance to thermal shock. *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us.
